About
Life Itself Is Our Greatest Canvas.
I believe the most beautiful art we create isn't hung on gallery walls – it's in how we live our days.
As a lifelong artist who has sold artwork for over 25 years, my path to this truth has been beautifully unconventional. I've been a bicycle-riding crime reporter fueled by coffee and curiosity, a self-taught painter translating life into color, and a certified yoga teacher discovering art in movement.
But it was motherhood that revealed the deepest truth about creativity: sometimes the masterpiece is in the pause. As a mama to a passionate toddler and a giant hound dog named Stella, I've learned that art flows not just through paintbrushes, but through morning cuddles, messy meals, and moments of simply being present.
"Make Life Art" was born from this journey, when my familiar pattern of 4am creative sessions met the reality of motherhood. It taught me that art isn't just what we produce – it's how we move through our days, how we transform ordinary moments into magic.
I'm here because I believe:
- Every morning ritual is a performance art
- Simple moments hold extraordinary beauty
- A life well lived is our ultimate creative expression
- Rest and pause are as artistic as creation
- People are inherently good, and hope is a creative force
Whether you're sipping morning coffee, going for a run, or simply watching the light change across your kitchen floor, there's art in these moments.
Art isn't something we create – it's how we live.
Every moment is our canvas, and you're already painting your masterpiece.
